Our Di Augusto Balsamic Vinegar of Modena brand comes from Augusto’s production farms in Italy. Augusto primarily imports different grades of Balsamic Vinegars of Modena produced from late harvest of Lambrusco or Trebbiano grapes, grown in the hills of the Appennino Modenese Mountains in Modena & Reggio Emilia province to be stored and bottled at their facilities in Miami, FL.

Balsamic Vinegars of Modena are all certified European PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) in order to preserve the pure, high quality ingredients that guarantee to consumers the richest and smoothest flavors. Traditional Balsamic Vinegars of Modena have a classical and typical intense flavor and an extremely dense and dark brown appearance. This type of product should be paired with meat, salads and fish.
