Handmade mustard made of yellow mustard seed with red peppers. This sauce has an extraordinary organoleptic elegance and the gently spicy mustard taste is boosted by the red peppers flavor.  

Ingredients: water, wine vinegar, mustard seed 18%, red peppers 10%, sugars, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices.

Suggested pairings: It’s perfect with boiled or grilled high-quality meat, sausages, hot-dog and hamburger. This sauce is excellent with raw vegetables as carrots, celery, peppers, and it is also the ideal salad seasoning together with extra virgin olive oil.
