Our Santa Teresa 1881 High Selection, Limited Edition, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil brand comes from Andalusia, Spain. As an Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it is both handpicked and mechanically harvested between the last week of October and the first week of November through a centrifugation extracting system. Its balanced personality denotes tomato and almond scents with green notes of olives and fruits. 

Founded by 37 farmers in 1959, Santa Teresa is a pioneering Olive Oil Company in Spain and the first one to be approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Junta de Andalucía. Its authentic juice from the millennial olive fruit of Osuna (Sevilla) leaves an aftertaste of burning and bitterness.

With a coupage of selected Andalusian varieties like Hojiblanca, Manzanilla and Lechín with a maximum acidity level of 0.3%.
