Tasty, healthy ingredients mixed and cooked together for a delicious crispy vegan cookie.  

Almonds and hazelnuts

cous cous 

semi-wholemeal flour type 2

brown sugar

Hazelnut milk

Seed oil

Rinci preserve

Mix all the dried ingredients together. Now add a splash of hazelnut milk and a drizzle of seed oil and what you will obtain is a mixture to make cookies of whichever shape you wish. 

Make a little whole on the top of the cookie so to make room for a spoon of your favourite Rinci preserve and an almond (or some other dried fruit).
